Kick off HallowEEKends in Uptown by enjoying the spooky atmosphere of Uptown Ankeny while you shop late at stores with extended hours, take a hayrack ride from one end of Uptown to the other, and discover other frightful surprises on Fridays: 10.14, 10.21, & 10.28.
